Technical specifications and installation requirements must be followed as per manufacturer guidelines. Custom solutions are designed based on specific project requirements and local fire safety regulations.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate project information and site conditions for proper system design. Ensure compliance with local building codes and fire safety regulations. Maintain systems according to manufacturer recommendations and industry standards. Notify Duson Solutions of any system issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
Warranties & Limitations
Product warranties are provided by manufacturers (Kidde) and honored through authorized service channels. Installation and design services carry professional liability coverage as per industry standards. System performance depends on proper installation, maintenance, and environmental conditions. Emergency response capabilities are subject to system design specifications and local infrastructure.
Legal Terms
These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to Bangalore jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before pursuing legal action. Intellectual property rights of manufacturers and Duson Solutions are protected. Confidential project information will be protected according to our privacy policy.
Liability & Risk
